By accessing or using the Smart Paper service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Service is owned and operated by Smart Paper, Inc. ("Company," "we," or "us"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Smart Paper is a Software as a Service (SaaS) application that utilizes computer vision and artificial intelligence technologies to scan and grade papers. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and may be subject to modifications, enhancements, or discontinuation at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

To access the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for all content you upload, submit, or otherwise make available through the Service.
